7 months agoBest thing is to hit the gym for resistance training and eatting healthy. But since you already have back pain go to the doctor first check if everything is ok and only then hit the gym. It will keep your bones and articulation healthy and strong.
I mean the person that is taking in the blood has already lost blood and the plastic within as a prerequisite. So, at the end, they should stay within the same amount of blood plastic as before.
