Yes. And Biden was chosen, which includes Harris being next up if Biden couldn’t perform the duties of president for any reason. If Democrats didn’t want the status quo, they should have chosen someone other than Biden.

The best way I’ve seen anyone put it is that by the time the election arrives, you are exclusively in damage control mode. If you want actual change, you have to have it done by getting your personal choice voted in during the primaries.
That may not be just head cannon. The Agatha show is kinda hinting at it.

Can’t have your bad guy be that relatable. Everyone would just be cheering against the avengers.
the relationships that landlords and renting creates are inherently unequal and therefore wrong
I don’t think I agree with your conclusion here. Some relationships are going to be inherently unequal, and that doesn’t necessarily make them wrong. Take the doctor-patient relationship as an example. If I’m in need of life saving medical care, the doctor has far more power in that relationship. For me it’s “buy or die” while for him, not treating me has essentially no negative consequences. This relationship isn’t “wrong”, it’s just unequal due to its nature.
With landlords (and with the medical industry), it’s not that the relationship is inherently wrong, it’s just extremely open to abuse due to that unequal nature. It’s the abuse that’s wrong, not the relationship itself.
That dude’s not even looking at the computer screen. I give even odds that what he’s looking at on his phone is boobs.
I think it’s more accurate to say that things become fire.
Most of the “what if” scenarios that I’ve come across focus on what if the Nazis hadn’t attacked the USSR when they did. If Germany was fighting on one front at a time, the question becomes does Germany take the UK, and if so, does the US directly enter the war at all?
Worse. Terminally online edgelord.
“Yay! We’ve created artificial general intelligence!”
“…Fuck, it’s an asshole.”
For context, “No Name” is an actual brand.
“It works. What more do you want?”
Well that would depend on exactly what type of experiments he’s doing.
Hypothermia can be a problem in temperatures as high as 50F. 0F is a meaningless number, outside of purely subjective “it’s cold” uses.
That’s as hot as a person can really tolerate.
There’s large chunks of the world proving that false every day. For the geographically impared, the simple fact that Phoenix has existed for longer than air conditioning, proves that statement false.
And 0F as the low point is equally as useless.
For day to day use, it’s just a single number, no one is doing any conversions, etc, with the number. That was my point. There’s nothing to remember. Do you forget what 72F feels like? Do you have to scale it in your head?
When it comes to a single number on a scale, whatever you grew up with will be more “obvious”. 100F doesn’t give me any more information than 38C does. The whole “base 10” thing only matters if you are actually doing some math to that number.
“Intuitive” is a meaningless metric for a single scaled number. Whichever system you are used to will be the more “intuitive”.
Also, climate can play into which system feels more useful. Where I live, 100F occurs only rarely (and since air conditioning is almost ubiquitous, not something I’d bother looking out for), while 0C is an outdoor temperature that I do need to be aware of for half the year.
Why is it that whenever something is spitting out junk data, those specific characters are involved?
Maybe with just a little less cross burning, lynching, and religious extremism.
