Yeah they call it “irreducible complexity”. And yet there’s a little wart on top of my car’s dashboard that just detects if it’s light or dark out.

Sort of an aside: besides the obvious schnapp and gelman, I was looking up Carla Buono for reasons and found her husband runs/ran a business with Jonathan greenblatt. So that’s a fun fact of sorts.
