Thanks title, I definitely wouldn’t have figured it out after getting to the word “acronym”.

“I’ve dwelt among the humans. Their entire culture is built around their penises. It’s funny to say they are small. It’s funny to say they are big. I’ve been at parties where humans held bottles, pencils, thermoses in front of themselves and called out, ‘Hey, look at me. I’m Mr. So-and-So Dick. I’ve got such-as-such for a penis.’ I never saw it fail to get a laugh.”

You absolutely need to hear it being said by Werner Herzog.

I recognized the name, but couldn’t place it until I heard the voice.

I think in this case its an actual acronym. They came up with and named the process, so its not after the fact.

A backronym is an acronym formed from an already existing word by expanding its letters into the words of a phrase.

Also, we’d have to hear them pronounce it to know if it was an acronym or an initialism, if my understanding is correct.
