So quick question for all the Psycho-Pass Stans out here, what is necessary viewing to get caught up for the new Providence movie?

I’m aware it’s a prequel to Season 3, so I’m assuming I would be safe to not watch that season as necessary viewing, but how does Sinners of the System and First Inspector fit into the timeline?

I’m planning on watching it all anyways, just curious since the US release is in like 5 days so I want to try and get up to date on that shit lmao

    I second this! I have only seen the first movie that came out (the one with a shitload of engrish)

    Haven’t seen Sinners of the System trilogy yet either

      So I looked further online and it looks like season 3 will be referenced but isn’t necessary to enjoy the movie, so I think we’re safe there. But it does look like at least case 3 of Sinners is a necessary viewing, as well as seasons 1, 2, and the first movie, which thankfully I have covered lol.

      Much less to cram in a couple days thankfully, I’ll just watch season 3 and First Inspector after unless I find the time somehow
