Do you know that a therapist will also tell you to work on yourself? A good therapist will give you less than half the tools and protocols that this podcast offers for physical and mental problems. And a good one is rare enough to find, let alone compatibility and price issues, since most of them either hook you on lifelong coping drugs or hook you up on infinite costly sessions.
I was lucky to get a good one who helped in just 3 sessions, and the diagnosis was the only helpful output, not the advice.

If you want to call yourself dumb, that is your choice. I agree with you. If you can quote me calling you dumb, you may do so now, else you will actually prove yourself to be dumb.
