Really I think 10 pull ups, 20 sit-ups, 20 pushups 20 squats and a short walk is enough. Doesn’t have to be a huge deal of going to the gym. Getting motivated to do just that right now.
Yeah squats are super important for building muscle. But if you just want to stay fit and not always hurt your neck and back body workouts are fine. Especially if you actually do them.
