No ‘h’ in herbs or heirs. “Try some ‘erbs in th’ shampoo fer yer 'eirs hairs.”
Depends on the area, I have heard it pronounced erbs.
Is that because they watched American cinema?
No, we just have a lot of accents. Plenty of up north and midlands folk would pronounce it ‘erbs’ and some working class London accents would too.
