Wellll. This fucker, it turns out.

It punches outside its weight class in terms of pleasurable time killing. Pws2, is just as good, though lacks the number of extras available. Mind you, the star wars dlc this pws2 is fucking geek heaven. Crawling all over iconic ships and machinery that’s executed in high detail is just fucking amazeballs. Pws1 has warhammer40k that’s equally detailed, if that IP is more your speed.

But just the base “game” career mode has weeks of shhhhhhhhsssshhhhhing available.

It still befuddles me how much I enjoy it. It’s totally not my kind of video game. I tend to prefer strategy or action stuff, with some racing and fighting thrown in. Pws 1&2 are essentially reverse coloring books. Dull as old people fucking as a concept, but it works.
