I internally name people after a striking detail. “The loud one”, “the skinny one”, “the one with weird glasses” so at least distinguish them. And it was hard to mask along with just never saying their names.
Took me forever to kinda remember my own birthdate. And I can only memorize wifey’s because it’s +1 month and +1 day -1year.
