In search for free domain I got IPQuick.
It gives a random domain for any IP4&6.
I know not reliable for commercial use but I just want a domain for nextcloud,fediverse and mail.
Questions
1.Is not IP keeps changing in short time will I need to Keep generating domains?
2.Any one using it?

Not an expert, but AFAICT email self hosting is not considered a good idea, as the maintenance of an email server requires a lot of work. An alternative could be using Cloudflare for the DNS and set up email routing (for free).
