Basically, like the title says. I am unhappy with myself and would like to change myself for the worse. What should be the first steps?

    1. Eat more fast food
    2. Take drugs you know are bad for you
    3. Never sleep unless your body forces you to
    4. Listen to conservative media and YouTube conspiracy theories on a continuous loop
    5. Assume you know best in every situation
    6. Make sure everyone else knows how stupid they are
