Basically, like the title says. I am unhappy with myself and would like to change myself for the worse. What should be the first steps?

- Never sleep unless your body forces you to
- Listen to conservative media and YouTube conspiracy theories on a continuous loop
- Assume you know best in every situation
- Make sure everyone else knows how stupid they are
