Even the US government has an official handbook on how to do it. However, linking to that handbook or any other instructions is not allowed here.

Plus your ISP will see that you connected to Tor. If that bothers you then you can use a VPN to connect to Tor first.

It’s also easy and fun to install the Tor browser!
But bad guys can host exit nodes can’t they? Do shady stuffs?
The exit node would see that someone searched for a U.S. government manual on pipe-based devices, along with when this happened.
