I have been trying to limit my intake, and over time it has had positive effects. It’s hard to describe, but less tension in my head since cutting it out. I’m not sure of the science behind it, however it’s just what I’ve noticed.
Less lethargy, however this could also be due to trying to eat healthier than I have been lately.
