    No shit?

They owners of the shitty office builds also don’t want to loose the value of office real estate. Idk what the commercial building industry is worth, but I’m sure its loads.

The only trait that consistently predicted objections to remote work was narcissism — the tendency to be self-centered and entitled. The higher the opinions of themselves leaders expressed, the more they coveted power and status

Didn’t see that one coming, color me shocked!

You’re actually a narcissist for not wanting to spend every day of your life commuting to me to perform busyness in a little cubicle for my narcissistic enjoyment

I see truth here, but where I work, the exec leadership holes up on one floor of the building and almost never show their faces. They get someone to park their car for them and scurry in quickly. Their meals are all brought to them on their floor.

Maybe they just like seeing the rest of us chumps from on high? They sure as hell never come to the office floors.

They have spent so much money on stuffing us all in here, making it miserable and they don’t have to be accountable to the complete lack of ROI.

I used to look in on things after hours. Now I NEVER even check if there are messages. I do my time in the dumb office and leave PROMPTLY after eight hours. I take a real lunch also.

This all seems like such a waste.
