Its only June 1st, but this is the best thing I’m going to learn all month. Me and quite a few friends love fast cars and local car meets/shows, and there is a sizable group of people who show up with anime cars. I shall share this sacred knowledge with them.
There’s also the itabag. Same concept, but for bags. Fans of anything (usually anime, idols) will decorate their bags with whatever trinkets to show support to literal pain because you’ll be carrying the weight of your fandom.
Wrapping your car in anime girls is called “Itasha” which is one of my favorite words in the Japanese language.
It’s comprised of the words for “It hurts” and “car”. The closest English translation would be “cringemobile”

Chuunibiyou?
Chuunibyou is more like “middle school-itis” or something. Specifically refers to 2nd year of middle school.
It can also mean Italian car :D
