I’ve just checked here in France. One BicMac contains 530 kcal while a caesar salad contains 402 kcal. A Royal Cheese also contains 525 kcal.
Maybe it’s different in your country but here there is a pattern where salad have less calories than burgers.
McDonald’s salads have more calories than their burgers though.
