I started playing a game recently that’s heavy on exploration and secrets. The reviews said it was the kind of thing you should be jotting down notes for. I liked the sound of that since I’ve enjoyed other games like that such as Tunic. But this time around… idk. I made a document to put notes and screenshots in and I used it for a little while, but then I think I just got lazy and stopped taking notes. “It’s fine, I’ll probably remember that!” … I did not.
Oh, right. It’s called “Hell is Us.” It came out a little while ago but it went on a pretty steep sale and I was between single player games. I mostly play single player games as stream games with friends now.
It was a little intriguing at first, but honestly I think I’m over it. We just haven’t been getting as engaged with the exploration as we did with things like Tunic, Outer Wilds, Animal Well, etc. I don’t really know why. /shrug. For what it’s worth, it’s gotten decent reviews, so if you’re in a better headspace to play the game and like that kind of stuff it could still be fun.

Looks interesting! I love Outer Wilds so I get the appeal.
