I think this a lot, but occasionally my autism wins and it has near perfect recall and it’s really great at showing me all the times I screwed up, didn’t understand a situation, embarrassed myself or others, or was misunderstood and mistreated. And I get stuck in a hole of depression and memories. Sometimes, the ADHD memory issues are less of a curse and more a feature.
