Like, I may sound like I’m joking, but… sugar, protein, in pb and j? You gotta be replenishing calories to go for 8 straight hours. We literally set aside an entire day, and a recovery day, had to match up our schedules Lots of water on hand as well. … This is why half the people I told about this, about her, just did not believe me.
