    For easy autumn flavored gnocci cut a pumpkin in small pieces about 1 cm^3. Cook it for 12 minutes. In parallel heat the gnocci than add 200ml of the pumpkin brooth 150g of gorganzola as well as the pumpkin pieces and the gnocci in a pan. The brooth and the cheese will combine to a great sauce and everything is ready in 30 min max
