      Try https://www.kronos-wow.com/ They’ve been around even longer than turtle.

      Looks like there’s actually a new fresh server starting in a few weeks. They have a nice cadence of releasing a fresh server then merging it into the main server after running its course.

          Yep. It’s the same client that was used back in the day. We just need to change the server it connects to in the realmlist.wtf file to set realmlist login.twinstar-wow.com

    Oh how sad! Fuck Blizzard man, its not like this minor population on this private server hit their bottom line. The agood portion of the pop maintained retail subs already even.

    Turtle WoW was one of the few private servers who have been running for ages. They had serious customizations that allowed you to really slow down and enjoy the leveling like a journey instead of a race. You don’t find private servers that favor RP like them either, most are extremely competitive with either pvp or pve. I hope this team is able to get something like it going again.

    Ill never ever spend a dime on Blizzards servers, their quality sucks, their support sucks. This is what happens when you put making profit over making a fun game.

    Twow did many things right and instead of blizzard fixing their own shit to make it more attractive they spend thousands of dollars suing these private servers.
