I purposely regulate them highs for this reason. Yes, I love being wound up and joyful, but I know in four hours I’ll be dead on the floor if I dont regulate the high.
My experience has also been that it’s harder to start doing it this way (because ADHD), but once it’s the habit, it’s much, much easier to keep doing it this way.

I should have written “try to” do this. Like anything, Its all practice.
