The older person in the post appears about 30cm (a full head, or foot) taller than the younger. Even with high heels, the real height difference should be at least 15cm. AFAIK, girls/young women usually have the bulk of their height growth in their younger teens, and they definitely won’t be growing 15cm after 21.
Anime logic maybe? I do agree, it makes things trickier, but the way the younger character says “I’m still bitchless?” makes me think they’re definitely not a young teen and probably a few years older than the age at which most people lose their virginity. As the Queen of the Femcels, I don’t know when that age would be, but a few years older than it would probably be well into adulthood ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Also, in the second part someone provided, they suggest getting a 51 year old version involved. It’s an odd age to specify outside of it being 15 years older than 36, so it’s probably the same age gap as for the younger version(21).
That’s not particularly in line with any of the anime I’ve seen (in the first place, in most anime the younger person would be <18 yo because that’s the normal age for anime protagonists).
