Shout-out to my good friend, vitamin B12 supplements! B12 deficiency causes what I describe as “weird nerve stuff” symptoms. Pins and needles on the hands, super high heartbeat when I stand (as opposed to my normal high heartbeat, thanks POTS), a cotton wool inside my scalp feeling (similar to skipping your venlafaxine pill).
I do not recommend being deficient in B12. Luckily, it’s hard to be deficient on unless you’re a vegan or take a medication that depletes your B12.
