    Who’s “they” in this scenario? Since the details being stored here are entirely private and local to the system.

      If hackers have shown us anything, is that unless you totally cut the cord and run your system in a Faraday cage, then nothing is truly local to your system, and hackers will target said data.

      And that’s assuming big corporations aren’t already targeting said data. You do trust big corporations right? Right? /s

        Ok, well the other details I’ve got on my computer are my banking details, my credit card details, all my OTP codes and all my account passwords for every service I use alongside my SSH keys to access my VPS.

        And I’m not sure EndeavourOS is that big a company, I’m not actually sure they are a company.

        But sure, they can know I’m 38.

          They still make paper checks you know right?

          I haven’t had any bank account for the past 11 years.

          Wonder why? TurboTax direct deposit was refused from my bank.
