I’m… perplexed, to be honest. The idea seems nice, but apparently the “teachers” all actually have individual channels where they do regular streaming content…?
It’s not impossible to find someone who can teach or who can livestream, but finding someone who can do both things well is a different matter.
Well, considering the actual purpose of the project, hopefully they looked for good teachers hoping that they’re also good streamers and not the opposite.
There’s probably a significant cohort of vtubers out there that are just current or former teachers that picked up vtubing. Like a lot of “I need a side gig because teaching doesn’t pay enough” or “this is my hobby outside of teaching” etc.
