She’s a cgi 3d model with effects applied. Go look at the new version of berserk to see a more obvious version. They do it because they can just motion pose the models and only have to illustrate the background. It’s easier and cheaper but not as good as full 2d.
I don’t really see that being the case here though. In the trailer she certainly didn’t move like a 3D character and I don’t see it in this visual either so I’m not sure where you’re getting that from
In the trailer the rotating straw figures, her standing up in the carriage, her naked on the bed are the easiest to spot the repainted 3D. But once you can see it you’ll see it on almost all of it.
