Over the last 4 years i’ve barely worn shoes like 30 days in total. Today I noticed my previously best fitting shoes are like a size too big.
Ive also lost 40 kg from the point i bought these shoes. Have the shoes shape been ruined or have my feet shrunk??
Your feet get smaller when you lose weight.

Yeah, I dropped a shoe size when I lost 100 lbs. Fat is all over your body, even your feet and head. People drop hat sizes too.
Isn’t like the last place to really fill in in that way or is it impossible to generalize?
If I remember correctly there are fat ratio measuring devices that use bottoms of your feet. Fat in your feet is supposed to be very predictable.
Makes a hell of a wedding excuse
What surprised me was my wrists. My watch was a lot looser when I dropped 40 pounds.
Yeah I’ve assumed that was it but wanted to make sure.
No worries, great job on your weight loss!
Thanks!
Also lost a ton of weight, went from 43 to 41 (EU size). (About 10 to 8 US).
Fat, in my feet? Ridiculous.
