I’ve been playing Judgment for a few days and, much as I’m enjoying it, it’s driving me nuts that I can’t figure out the purpose of the key “minigame.” It says to choose the matching key, but there’s nothing to match against! Am I missing something? Why is this mechanic in the game??

I’m not stuck btw, I don’t even think I’ve guessed wrong yet (purely by luck), but…just what is the purpose?

You know, I think I knew that from the beginning but I have spent too much time spinning my wheels thinking maybe I’m just missing something.

Glad to hear they took it out for LJ though lol.

Judgement to Lost Judgement is like AC to AC2. it makes the former look like a proof of concept. Better in every single way (except for the plot, but that’s because I love both stories). Best active combat in a RGG game to date too. Literally the only con I had is robotics. You’ll know when you get there.

Really? I’ve been moderately underwhelmed by the combat in Judgment, in large part because Yagami feels so slow compared to Kiryu. But it’s a small complaint, I’m mostly happy to get back into active combat after Like a Dragon, which was neat for a while, but the turn-based style got stale with all the street encounters.

But if Lost Judgment is even better I’ll be looking forward to it.
