This was never the most exciting show, but we have not even gotten Sei nerding out over potions. I hope this sudden summon from the king kicks off some kind of plot.
Idk, I’m actually really enjoying the chill slice of life vibe it’s got going on. Concerning the summons from the king, based on the next episode title I’m thinking he’s going to propose a marriage between Sei and the second prince. Which in turn will force Al and Sei to actually commit to a relationship.
That was exactly my thought. They’ve done too much to set this up with the episodes this season. The “you’re gonna lose her, someone else is going to take her” speeches in previous episodes, all the dudes at the ball hanging around, and of course the prince that she didn’t know about before all of a sudden showing up wanting very much to meet her. It all adds up to exactly what you suggested. I’m curious to see how it plays out.
