    Given the condition cats’ coats stay in, there are probably enzymes in cat saliva that evolved to have conditioning qualities. So a shampoo made with cat saliva is not entirely implausible.

    Note it’s made with, not from. So other types of animals (wild, working, etc) are probably included too.

    It’s funny if it’s pets but often true if it’s about farm animals (e.g. the glue for labels)

        Especially labels on food items are often glued with animal derived glue because it’s food safe.
