One of my favorite parts of HRT is that this no longer happens to me either in the morning, or any random time of day. It felt awful having it happen randomly multiple times a day for literally no reason.
There’s nothing you can really do differently with HRT to change that. You don’t get to pick and choose what parts of it you get. Whatever effect it has on your body is the effect you’re gonna get, and there’s nothing you can really do to alter that. It’s essentially all or nothing.
Monotherapy doesn’t kill your libido or eliminate spontaneous erections quite as completely as t blockers, cialis/tadalafil & similar medications can also help, and for less spontaneous activity I’ve had fantastic results with this device
I mean, I’m on monotherapy at half the base starter dose and my T is still only 17ng/dL (tested last week). It’s just gonna depend on how ur body reacts to E (and T).
I don’t get spontaneous erections at all, but I also don’t have much trouble with the “less spontaneous” situations you mentioned.
