It’s green washing at its best, but I’m a big fan of these wood building initiatives.
That said, it’s still fuck Amazon!
Hm, the photos looks like the exterior walls and roofing are plywood, while the floor is concrete, columns are steel, and roof trusses are steel. And the upper half of the wall is glass. So how much of it is wood, really? 30%? If I lived in a house made of these materials, I would not claim to live in a house built of wood.
Finally, infinite growth can be come in log cabin flavor ❤️
Just wait till it burns down with all those workers inside.
I know you’re sniping at Amazon and their practices, but using disinformation to do so doesn’t sit well with me. Wooden buildings are no more prone to fire than concrete or metal buildings.
🤦♂️ it’s not the frequency, it’s what happens when it starts to burn. There’s a reason nobody wants to insure commercial buildings with frame construction.

I really don’t give a shit about some YouTube video. The insurance industry actuaries know what they’re doing.
Yes, but they only look at economic factors.
People dying in a burning building is very expensive for an insurance company. They tend to want to avoid it.
