I completely agree if we’re talking about some bros at a kegger, but if it might instead possibly be the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services reporting to the President of the United States and the rest of his Cabinet during a Cabinet meeting, then no. In that case the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services should be able to communicate health related matters better than a drunken frat bro.
