      As a person that has done WFH since 2010, I can confirm two things: 1) Working alone is 150% more efficient than office. 2) Trainees or Projects that have group collaboration thrive better with intraoffice contact. There is no remote tool that captures the performance boost you get from direct in person collaboration.

        Also, Microsoft just sent a message to everyone the MS Teams is not good. Lol.

          Oh, good. Everyone was very on the fence about how good Teams was before, it’s nice to finally have a definitive answer.

      This is true when you company is heavily disorganized and people have to go see each other face to face to go around ineffective people or services. This is a clear sign that Microsoft is highly disorganized and on the track to be more and more inefficient. And if people can’t take a break of the chaos by working remote they can’t do task which require not to be perturbed for hours. Investisors should avoid this company, it has no long terme view.
