Another lawsuit centered around copyright infringement ends in success for Nintendo. The company claimed that Ryan Daly ran the Modded Hardware storefront and sold the Mig Switch. Previously, Nintendo shut down the Yuzu emulator developer Tropic Haze and websites hosting ROM files.
Is this true or is this something just added by Nintendo just in case Daly chose to settle, Nintendo has an excuse for their PR department?
It’s true. He sold modded consoles and would install mods on your console if you sent it in, if I remember correctly. Side note, this dude ripped me off (probably due to the legal issues). I ordered a mig switch from him and never got it.
