    100% this. Digital licenses for libraries are absurdly expensive compared to physical - publishers charge them like 4-5x the consumer price and limit the number of checkouts. Some even expire after a year regardless of use! Physical books can last decades and be loaned hundreds of times, making them wayyy more cost effective for the library budget in the long run.
