    That’s because Vitamin D is actually a hormone rather than a vitamin. The ultraviolet rays from sunlight trigger its production in our skin.

    Few foods naturally contain vitamin D and bananas are not one of them. Vitamin D concentrate is commonly added to milk.

    No my dear talking pink plant, vitamin is not in the Sun. It’s inside you. The Sun only reveals your inside truth.

    “Vitamin” is basically the 19th century’s idea of a sciencey word for “nutrients.” I mean heck, half the “vitamin Bs” aren’t even related to each other at all
