Organisations using AI to cut headcount are making a short-term trade with long-term consequences. The ones holding their teams together and investing in how those teams operate with AI are building something more durable.

    Good, but that’s not enough. Those leeches need to lose more, and personally. Fines? Useless, historically. Jail time? Not when Putin’s ass-poppet is on the throne. This will only happen again and again, until it’s less appealing to those who’d prefer to exploit than “earn”. ✊🏼
