Its not algorithmic, it usually just means whoever posts to that community woke up and started posting. I cant load your image, but thats my best guess.

The Lemmynsfw instance died and was resurrected as Fedinsfw not long ago, I imaging there’s a massive rebuilding effort underway spawning new communities and content.
Nice thing about having this kind of content concentrated in one major instance is that you can block that instance and have very little Porn NSFW material in your feed :)
The biggest nsfw instance on lemmy is permanently down, so it now spreads more
