My wife is not a fan of whole wheat. And my whole wheat starter added a whole lot of flavor to the bread. So I had to toss Jonathan. But I would like to introduce you to my new All Purpose flour starter, Betty White!

I have yet to name my AP flour starter, though now I think I probably should. After all, it’s a parent whose children are making bread and working in a grammar school science lab.
