Gyms do nothing for sleep apnea.

Go to a sleep specialist if you really can’t sleep.

I woke up to pee at 2am 2 days ago and my body decided that is the new wake up time ever since. Literally was up for 4 minutes and went back to sleep. Now it’s like Patrick, OH BOY 2am!

Yeah, every now and then I have a weird night where I can’t fall asleep. By the time I’m sleepy enough, it’s already too late

I FUCKING LOVE POINTLESS MIDNIGHT ANXIETY! ISN’T IT SO FUNNY HOW BEING HOME ALONE CAN BE SO COMFORTABLE UNTIL IT’S 1AM AND YOUR PARTNER IS SLEEPING NEXT TO YOU AND YOU GET A COMPLETELY NONSENSICAL FEELING OF DREAD THAT YOU WOULD BE THE ONLY ONE TO NOTICE IF THERE WAS A BREA-IN? HAHAHA HA SO FUNNY THANKS ANXIETY!

    Last night 100%

It’s my dog though. He sleeps between my wife and I but gets up against me and uses his stubby little legs to try to push me off the bed. I re-adjust and then so does he and the process starts all over.

Literally me last night/this morning. Luckily I’m not working right now, but I’ve been taking 30 mg of Adderall for the past few days in order to get shit done. I was able to knock myself at 2 am, but then woke up at 6 and couldn’t fall back asleep. I took 30 mg of melatonin and 75 mg of Benadryl at 9 am, it finally kicked in around 10:30 am. My alarm went off at 1 PM, I finally got up at like 1:45 pm.
